Attendant - Valet

Join our team as a Valet Attendant, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are parked safely and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized valet area. You will also assist guests with disabilities and have knowledge of all areas of the casino and hotel outlets. The target salary is $15 plus tips.

• Develop and maintain a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure guests' keys are not in the car prior to locking it, and that lights are turned on when needed and turned off when the car is parked.
• Assist guests in wheelchairs to the Casino when necessary, and ensure safety and respect for all company and guests' property.
