Attendant- Usher

Join the Hard Rock team as an Attendant-Usher, where you'll enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries, and assisting guests with seating and entry needs. You'll also handle cash transactions, maintain knowledge of property information, and adhere to department policies and procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule.

• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service and responding to inquiries.
• Scans tickets as guests enter and exit the theater, assists guests in locating proper seats.
• Handles cash, cash equivalents, and all paperwork in accordance with Company policies.
