Job Description

Join Crusoe, a rapidly growing company in the AI and cloud services industry. As a Finance Manager, you will build and run the financial governance program that supports our deal desk. You will design processes, policies, and tools to keep pricing frameworks, deal approvals, and contract reviews moving quickly. You will also be a strategic finance partner for Sales and RevOps, review deals against policy, interpret contract language, and build reporting on discounting trends. This role requires 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.

  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure financial governance of deal quoting and approval workflow.
  • Be a strategic business partner for Sales and RevOps on deal questions, drive creation of pricing options for standard-SKU deals.
  • Build and maintain reporting on discounting trends, deal cycle time, and policy exceptions.
  • Comfortable reading contracts and identifying terms that matter financially, without needing a lawyer to translate
  • SQL proficiency (BigQuery or similar)
  • Experience working with sales teams, ideally in an enterprise technology business
  • Good judgment about when to move fast on a standard deal versus when to slow down and escalate
  • Fluent in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM/CPQ tool)
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing programs supporting the scalable operation of commercial workflows
  • 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
  • If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe
  • We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, compute, or another capital-intensive recurring-revenue business
  • Exposure to building or maintaining a pricing or tradeoff framework
