Product Designer (Claude Developer Platform)

Join Anthropic, a leading AI safety and research company, as a Product Designer for the Claude Developer Platform. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. You will craft beautiful, polished user interfaces, understand the technical architecture of our products, and find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship
• Experience designing and shipping complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products end-to-end
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products, or a series of products, in ambiguous environments
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code as a creative partner in your own design practice
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
