Senior Legal Counsel

Join Mammoth Brands Inc. as a Senior Legal Counsel, where you will serve as a strategic legal and business partner to the Enterprise function. You will provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice on a broad range of corporate, operational, and commercial matters. This role requires an experienced, business-oriented attorney with strong legal judgment and the versatility to advise across various subject matters. You will report to the Director of Legal, Enterprise, and be a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders.

• Serve as a strategic legal and business partner to the Enterprise function of Mammoth Brands Inc., providing pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice.
• Advise on, negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business priorities, and drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related matters, including commercial arrangements and emerging legal and regulatory issues.

• Comfort using AI-enabled legal tools and interest in leveraging technology to improve the quality and efficiency of legal work
• Bachelor's degree and J.D.; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience advising across a broad range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, employment and data privacy matters
• Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidance
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address “over-the-horizon” risks that could impact business objectives
• Role model for company culture and norms, including ownership and constructive partnership with the business
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability with cross-functional partners
• Strong judgment and the ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice in a fast-moving environment
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including significant in-house experience
