SEC & ESG Reporting Manager

Join ServiceNow as an SEC & ESG Reporting Manager, a critical role focused on SEC and ESG reporting, particularly in preparation for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will manage the SEC reporting process, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and work closely with various teams on ESG regulatory reporting readiness. This position requires a strong technical accounting background, experience in SEC reporting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Manage the SEC reporting process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and overseeing the filing of Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• Work closely with ESG teams and internal stakeholders on ESG regulatory reporting readiness and execution, supporting project management for CSRD readiness.
• Monitor, assess, and implement new accounting pronouncements applicable to the company, staying current on the evolving global ESG regulatory landscape.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry

• Experience with Workiva and SAP
• Ability to work independently, complete work timely, and work well as a team member
• Been in a manager role with SEC reporting and earnings release experience
• Total experience of minimum 7 years with a minimum of 3~4 years of Big four public accounting experience and BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA is required
• Strong technical accounting background with a knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, SEC reporting standards, ESG reporting standards (CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, GRI, etc.) as well as experience with technical research
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions, and excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Current understanding and involvement with existing ESG regulatory standards and regulations, with the willingness to independently research and the ability to read and interpret new ESG regulations as they emerge
