Sales Enablement Manager

Join AirGarage as a Sales Enablement Manager, where you will build and run day-to-day enablement programs to help our AEs and SDRs ramp faster, sell more effectively, and operate as a cohesive team. You will work directly with the VP of Sales to deliver onboarding, training, content, certification, and tooling programs that improve rep productivity over time. • Créer et maintenir le contenu de vente, y compris les cartes de bataille, les discours, et les outils de retour sur investissement.
• Exécuter des programmes de formation continue liés aux besoins réels de l'entreprise et aux lacunes du tunnel de vente.

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Hands-on experience building or running an onboarding program at a scaling sales org
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology
• 3-5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales productivity roles
• Prior selling experience as an AE or SDR
• Strong cross-functional instincts and a desire to grow into a senior enablement leader
• Working knowledge of Gong, Salesforce, LMS, sequencing tools, and emerging AI capabilities
• Comfortable creating content from scratch - battlecards, playbooks, training decks, certifications
• AirGarage is the type of company where you can grow exponentially, and we encourage you to apply to us even if you don't 100% match the candidate description
