Staff Accountant

Join our growing team as a Staff Accountant. In this key role, you will be responsible for month-end close functions, preparing journal entries, analyzing and booking accruals, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and supporting financial and tax audits. You will work closely with the GL Accounting Manager and cross-train with the accounting team on various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, a comprehensive understanding of GAAP, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities, prepare journal entries, and analyze and book accruals.
• Reconcile, provide supporting documentation and detailed analysis for assigned balance sheet accounts, and review and provide notes from detailed analysis to assigned cost center.
• Record cash transaction activity, reconcile all bank accounts, and support financial and tax audits by providing PBC schedules and documentation.
