As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the development of our broker productivity product, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach and guide a team of software engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and contribute to the growth of our technical foundation. - Lead the development of new product features to enhance the broker experience and ensure the platform remains reliable and scalable.
- Architect and design technical solutions, review code and specifications, and guide the technical direction of the team.
