Director of Engineering

Join HYPR as the Director of Engineering, where you will lead the engineering organization and drive the technology vision, strategy, and execution of the HYPR Platform. You will work closely with engineering leaders and distinguished engineers, own the responsibility for security, reliability, and performance of the product, and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and quality. You will also champion collaboration across teams and develop and expand talent through effective mentoring and coaching.

• Lead and manage the engineering organization, driving technology vision, strategy, and execution of the HYPR Platform.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of HYPR’s product, including tracking, monitoring, and acting on quality and stability.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Managers to drive decisions on roadmap, technology choices, and engineering processes.

• Track record of building high-functioning teams and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Experience working in an environment delivering B2B client-centric services
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator: can contribute to direction with management and effectively implement within the team
• Worked with product and business stakeholders on large initiatives
• Passionate about analyzing and solving deep technical challenges
• Demonstrated success building culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability
• 10+ years of software engineering or related experience, including experience leading a team of software engineers
