Senior Counsel (Regulatory)

Join FalconX as a Counsel, Regulatory & Product. In this role, you will lead the execution of our 2026 licensing roadmap and ensure our product suite remains compliant with global regulations. You will manage new license applications, partner with Product and Engineering, act as a regulatory liaison, and monitor global legislative shifts. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or institutional finance, and proven experience navigating complex licensing processes.
