Manager of Corporate Development

In this highly visible role, you will work with senior management and the board of directors to drive M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and the company's overall long-term strategy. You will perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop financial models, monitor industry trends, conduct research on competitors, assist in due diligence efforts, and prepare presentations for senior management and board meetings. • Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner both written & verbally
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in building financial/operating models and a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Precedent Transactions, Public Trading Comparables, SOTP, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in the interactive entertainment industry is preferred
