Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Northern Region

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as the HR Business Partner for the Northern Region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, fostering employee relationships, and assisting in organizational effectiveness efforts. You will work closely with store leadership teams and employees, providing HR solutions in key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and skill development. This position is located in our New York Corporate Office.

• Servir como socio estratégico de recursos humanos para la región norte, proporcionando apoyo práctico y manteniendo una presencia tanto física como virtual en las ubicaciones respectivas.
• Gestionar las relaciones laborales para las ubicaciones de la tienda, recomendando acciones laborales apropiadas para mantener un entorno de trabajo productivo y positivo.
