Renewals Manager

Join Envoy as a Renewals Manager, where you'll oversee the entire renewal lifecycle, reduce churn risk, maximize retention, and uncover expansion opportunities. This high-impact role is part of the Customer Success organization and requires collaboration with various teams. • Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle for SMB and Mid-Market customers, from first outreach through close.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, clear roadblocks, and ensure on-time renewals, while crafting proposals and negotiating terms.
• Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities that create more value for Envoy and our customers, and drive multi-year renewals to stabilize revenue.
