People Operations Specialist

Join our fast-growing company as a People Operations Specialist. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including HRIS management, onboarding logistics, contractor lifecycle management, immigration support, internal documentation, and employee recognition. This position is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable shifting priorities.

• Gérer les mises à jour quotidiennes dans notre système d'information des ressources humaines (SIRH) et effectuer des audits de données internes réguliers.
• Coordonner la logistique d'intégration de bout en bout pour les nouvelles recrues, y compris la vérification des antécédents et la préparation des matériaux d'accueil.
• Assurer la gestion du cycle de vie des contractuels, y compris l'intégration, le suivi des contrats et le départ.

• Highly organized, with a track record of juggling a wide span of workstreams and keeping details from slipping through the cracks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment about what to handle directly and when to escalate
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
• Resourceful and self-directed — comfortable figuring out a solution when there's no playbook, and able to unblock yourself to get things done
• Comfortable pivoting as priorities shift, and able to re-prioritize quickly without losing track of what's still open
• Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential employee information
• Enthusiastic, positive, and brings great energy — someone people are genuinely glad to work with
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS such as Rippling
• Experience in a startup or other high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting immigration cases (H-1B, TN, O-1, green card processing, or similar)
