AI Factory Partnerships Lead (OEM & Infrastructure Alliances)

Join our team as the AI Factory Partnerships Lead, where you will be responsible for building alliances across OEMs, defining the reference bundle with Fireworks as the serving and orchestration layer, and executing the joint go-to-market plan. You will have the opportunity to define the AI factory category and shape the future of AI deployments.

• Assemble alliances across OEMs, silicon, and software to create a pre-integrated bundle for AI factories.
• Own the bundle definition, joint pricing, and go-to-market plan from first alliance conversation to repeatable revenue.
• Build and execute the joint go-to-market plan, enabling field sellers on the joint offering and driving deals end to end.

• Key relationships inside at least two of: Dell, HPE, NVIDIA, AMD, or equivalent OEM
• Understand the AI factory stack
• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure, with at least one joint offering you built and scaled
• Experience in integrated offerings (appliance or validated design programs)
• Background selling into on-prem or sovereign AI deployments, where the customer runs the hardware and the vendor runs the software
• Familiarity with LLM inference economics: throughput per GPU, utilization, and why the software layer determines the ROI of the whole bundle
