Staff Backend Engineer

Join the Scanner Team as a Staff Backend Engineer, where you'll lead the development of our next-generation AI grocery ordering product. You'll define the architectural roadmap, design and deploy scalable APIs and backend systems, and work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts business expansion and growth.

• Readiness to step into a mentorship role to guide junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
