Senior Director of Executive Compensation

Join our team as the Senior Director of Executive Compensation, where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top executive talent. You will work closely with senior leadership, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and supportive of the company’s business strategy and governance standards. This role requires extensive compensation experience, deep expertise in executive compensation, and strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

• Lead the design and execution of executive compensation programs, ensuring they are market competitive, performance driven, and aligned with shareholder interests.
• Partner with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to prepare materials and analyses to support executive pay decisions, and develop and present executive compensation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, stock exchange, and other regulatory requirements, and manage risk assessments, pay for performance reviews, and shareholder engagement materials.

• Extensive compensation experience with deep expertise in executive compensation
• Experience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Deep knowledge of executive compensation regulations, governance trends, and best practices
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance competitiveness, cost, risk, and shareholder alignment
• Proven leadership and talent development capabilities
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with exceptional attention to detail
