Strategic Finance (Corporate)

Join Notion's Corporate Finance team as a Strategic Finance professional. You will own the consolidated view of Notion's financial performance, manage core corporate FP&A workstreams, and maintain and evolve Notion's planning system. You will also assist in preparing and delivering presentations to the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors. This role requires strong analytical judgment, hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools, and the ability to build and improve finance processes.

• Ownership of core corporate FP&A workstreams, including the consolidated P&L forecast and monthly budget-vs-actual cycles.
• Maintenance and evolution of Notion's planning system, primarily Pigment, including running monthly data loads and scenario snapshots.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of source data, mappings, and the chart of accounts as operating complexity grows.

• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena) or a clear track record of becoming fluent in new systems quickly
• Ability to build finance processes from scratch and improve existing ones with a lens on long-term scalability and sustainability
• 2-5 years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4, or corporate FP&A / Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS technology company
• Demonstrated ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally a three-statement or consolidated operating model for a recurring-revenue or SaaS business
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial audiences
