Full Stack Engineer

Join our team as a Full Stack Engineer, where you'll work on a variety of projects, including our consumer product, underwriting and loan systems, and internal tools for our sales and operations teams. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team that values open communication and work-life balance. This is a remote-first position, and we are looking for someone with a generalist mindset, attention to detail, and experience in FinTech or regulated industries.

• Collaborate with a small team to plan, build, and ship features for a complex consumer product, ensuring a clean and extensible codebase.
• Take ownership of projects, from concept through launch, and drive simple, effective solutions to loosely-defined problems.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver internal tools for sales and operations, while maintaining a user-minded approach.

• Self-motivation and comfort working with ambiguity in a remote setting
• A thoughtful posture toward AI: you use it across your workflows, understand its limitations, and leverage people effectively in the loop
• A track record of shipping and owning production code — you've taken features from concept through launch, not just contributed to them (our mid-level engineers own projects, and we care more about demonstrated ownership than a specific year count; ~4+ years of experience is a useful anchor)
• A collaborative, ego-less approach: open-minded, flexible, communicative, and user-minded
• A knack for driving simple, effective solutions to loosely-defined problems
• A generalist mindset — comfortable working across the full stack
• Detail-orientation — you operate well in a high-detail environment where accuracy matters
• Familiarity with our tech stack (Typescript, Next, React, GraphQL, Node, Prisma, AWS, Terraform, Docker, DBT)
• Experience with a product that moves money
• FinTech or other regulated-industry experience
