Design Intern

Join OnePay as a Design Intern and gain hands-on experience in product design within a fast-moving fintech environment. You'll work alongside the Design team, Product, and Engineering partners, and have the opportunity to collaborate with Analytics. The internship runs from June 21 to August 13, 2027, in our New York City office.

• Support product discovery, competitive analysis, interaction design, and prototyping, and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with Design team members and work alongside Product and Engineering partners, participating in design reviews and critiques.
• Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development, and engage with company leadership.

• Availability: This is a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027. You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program

• In Your Final Year of Undergrad: You’re a current Bachelor’s student expected to graduate in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, majoring in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths
• Prior Experience: You’ve completed at least one previous internship, or have built a portfolio of substantial personal or academic design projects you’re excited to talk through
