Product Marketing Manager

Join Prizeout, a fast-growing fintech startup, as a Product Marketing Manager. In this cross-functional role, you will be responsible for positioning, go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption and engagement. You will work closely with Product, Client Experience, Sales, and Marketing teams, and play a key role in evaluating the user experience and identifying opportunities for growth. The position is based in our modern Flatiron office in NYC, and offers comprehensive health benefits, equity options, and flexible PTO.

• Construire des stratégies de mise sur le marché pour de nouveaux produits, fonctionnalités, intégrations et améliorations.
• Analyser l'adoption, l'engagement et l'utilisation des produits pour identifier les opportunités de croissance.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams
• Ability to take a complex product or idea and turn it into a simple, compelling story
• 4-7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product growth, product management, or a related role
• Analytical mindset and comfort using data to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where roles and processes are still evolving
• Experience in fintech, loyalty, rewards, or at a startup strongly preferred
• Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute and get into the details
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Must be able to work full-time (5 days/week) in our NYC office
