Office Coordinator

Join Baseten, a fast-growing company, as a Workplace Coordinator in our New York office. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing space usage, and creating an exceptional experience for employees and visitors. • Manage high demand for conference rooms and phone booths, anticipate competing needs, and make thoughtful tradeoffs based on team and business priorities.
• Collaborate on front-of-house reception with the Office Manager, creating a warm, polished experience for employees, candidates, customers, investors, and other visitors.
• Proactively identify ways to make our spaces more functional, organized, and enjoyable, and maintain an exceptionally high bar for the physical office.
