• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance the AI product, ensuring it meets customer needs and addresses operational pain points.
• Take ownership of core product features, from idea to deployment, and ensure they are reliable, scalable, and meet the needs of enterprise logistics clients.
• Act as the liaison between engineering and customers, translating real business needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful implementation.

• Excited to be in the office 5 days a week in SF's Financial District or our NYC satellite office
• Someone who thinks about reliability, performance, and architecture, not just shipping
• Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals
• Bonus: Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL (our interviews are language-agnostic)
• 6+ years with deeper architectural ownership and a focus on system quality and long-term maintainability
• Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment
