Knowledge Management & Training Project Intern

In this 12-week, full-time summer internship, you will support the Technical Services team in Austin by creating clear documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments. You will work closely with engineers, operational teams, and subject matter experts to turn complex information into usable guidance. • Support the Technical Services team in building clear documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, operational teams, and subject matter experts to turn complex information into usable guidance.
• Organize information, ask useful questions, and improve how knowledge is shared, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with subject matter experts.

• Careful attention to detail, with a commitment to accurate, high-quality work
• Interest in technical, engineering, data center or operational environments, with confidence using productivity, presentation and collaboration tools
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in communications, information management, business, learning and development, technical communication or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to organize information clearly for different audiences
• Ability to follow established processes, incorporate feedback and ask questions when requirements are unclear
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines
