Director of HR Business Partner

Join Headway as the Director of HR Business Partner, where you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and serve as a strategic thought partner to senior executives. You will shape and execute people strategies, provide counsel on organizational design and performance management, and use data-driven insights to drive high-impact initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in org design, performance management, and leadership development, as well as a track record of supporting senior executives in high-growth environments.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executives across the business organization, connecting people strategy to business outcomes.
• Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting clear priorities and coaching them to operate as strategic advisors.
• Lead performance management and talent review processes, coaching leaders to recognize and reward top performance.

• Have deep expertise in org design, performance management, and leadership development

• Have 12+ years of progressive experience in HR or HR-adjacent roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting), with a track record of supporting senior executives in high-growth or scaling environments
