Autonomy Engineer - VLA Pre-training

As an Autonomy Engineer focused on VLA Pre-training, you will work on training capable policies, fine-tuning models, and shaping data collection processes. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of robotics and AI.

• Post-train policies via behavior cloning and reinforcement learning; own the full loop from data to deployment.
• Partner with the Data Collection team to drive collecting new data: specify what good data looks like, identify failure modes, ensure diversity and coverage.
• Work closely with external partners to ensure a steady supply of high-quality pretraining-scale data.
