Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, training, employee relations, and HR policies. You will collaborate with business leaders to implement HR programs and align HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR programs and organization design, and serve as a trusted advisor to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including behavioral interviews, job descriptions assessment, applicant tracking, onboarding activities, and affirmative action log.
• Manage the annual training budget, review training requests and training needs, and ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
