Director of Marketing & Communications (Creator Nation)

• Oversee and lead the overall marketing, communications, and brand strategy for Creator Nation and its affiliated companies.
• Manage key internal and external media partnerships, drive the company’s brand presence and visibility, and serve as the primary press contact.
• Lead the social and content team, set social and content strategy for company channels, and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

• Strong press and media relationships and a track record of landing tier-one coverage
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage agencies
• 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, including experience managing people
• Experience in entertainment, music, or the creator economy, ideally at a high-growth company
• Experience managing a marketing budget and sponsorship program
• Strong brand, social, and content strategy judgment, including executive social
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
