Senior Controller

Join our team as a Senior Controller, a strategic finance leader responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and core finance operations. You will partner closely with the CFO, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial discipline, support scalable growth, improve cash flow, and drive process excellence. Your role will include leading all corporate accounting functions, overseeing the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, partnering with FP&A for budgeting and forecasting, and leading the modernization of financial systems.

• Lead all corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, audit requirements, tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.
• Oversee the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, partnering with Operations and Supply Chain to improve procurement, vendor onboarding, and alignment between contracts and financial controls.
• Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, providing variance analysis, financial insights, and operating metrics to support executive decision-making.

• The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong business judgment, and a hands-on approach to building efficient, well-controlled teams and systems
• Demonstrated experience leading close processes and supporting external audits
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership of corporate accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit environments
• Ability to lead teams through growth, change, and system implementations
• Hands-on ERP experience and a track record of process improvement
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
• MBA or other advanced business degree
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
• Experience with procurement, inventory, supply chain, and fulfillment workflows
• Experience in a public company or pre-IPO environment
