Job Description
Join Crédit Agricole CIB, the Corporate & Investment Banking arm of the Crédit Agricole Group. As a US Analyst in the Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) Americas team, you will support the Corporate / Investment Grade CLF Distribution desk and gain exposure to various areas of finance. This full-time, contractual role is designed for recent graduates and offers potential for conversion to a permanent position.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of syndicated transactions, from origination and pricing to closing and execution.
- Prepare internal credit documents, build and maintain databases, and develop marketing materials for syndication activities.
- Coordinate across various departments to ensure accurate and timely deal execution, and prepare post-closing documentation.
