• Lead and oversee end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling and Marketing effectiveness programmes, ensuring robust project governance and actionable recommendations.
• Line manage multiple team members, overseeing performance, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and talent assessments, while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the operational and strategic point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong long-term client relationships and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
