Job Description
Join Vocca, a fast-growing AI company transforming the healthcare industry. As the Founding AI Deployment Lead for the US market, you will be responsible for deploying and implementing clients, owning post-sale success and account management, building the playbook and the team, and closing the product loop. You will start hands-on and then build and lead the US deployment team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare and make a real impact.
- Deploy and make Vocca's first US clients successful, starting hands-on and then building and leading the deployment team.
- Absorb the deployment volume and stabilize deployment capacity, while shaping the onboarding/config playbook.
- Write the US ops/implementation playbook, then hire, structure, and manage the deployment team.
