B2B Event Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract)

Join Instacart as a B2B Event Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination across various teams. Your efforts will enhance Instacart's reputation as a sophisticated event marketer in the eCommerce, AdTech, and CPG space. You must have hands-on experience with Cannes Lions, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in managing high-profile tradeshows and industry events.

• Hands-on Cannes Lions experience required
• Comfortable with administrative duties and operational support

• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor invoicing
• Proven track record managing high-profile tradeshows and industry events
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel 2 to 4 times during the contract period
• 5 to 10 years of B2B event marketing experience
• Experience with Cvent, Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Excel
• Experience managing large-scale events (100 to 600+ attendees)
• Experience with events in the eCommerce, AdTech, and/or CPG marketing industries
