• Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
• Build alignment with senior leaders to establish a clear set of program objectives and design program execution strategies.
• Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.

• Track record of launching successful products
• Preferred Masters of Engineering
• 3 years+ in a program management role
• Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
• Bachelors of Engineering
