Web Manager

Join Forward Networks as a Web Manager, where you'll lead the strategy and execution for our website. You'll bridge the gap between web strategy, design, technical execution, and user experience. Your responsibilities will include managing web strategy and operations, performance metrics, platform architecture, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and global site architecture. • Own the strategic roadmap and daily execution of all web updates, using Jira and Asana for project management.
• Take responsibility for core technical and engagement metrics, site availability, and usability across desktop and mobile.
• Lead the technical health and modernization of web platforms, including WCAG/Section 508 conformance and enterprise-grade CMS implementation.

• Hands-on experience leading a major enterprise web platform upgrade or migration, start to finish
• Daily-operations proficiency in Jira and/or Asana
• 5–10 years managing B2B tech or SaaS websites with a product management mindset
• Data-driven, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Technical foundation with a genuinely enterprise-grade CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or a comparable headless/composable platform), HTML/CSS/JS, and scalable architecture
• Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Core Web Vitals, and SEO tooling (e.g., Search Console, Screaming Frog) to measure and improve traffic, availability, and usability
