Senior Product Marketing Manager

Join GovWell as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where you'll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and bringing our products to market. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and the Head of Marketing to translate product developments into compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies. This role offers a high degree of ownership over the product marketing function and the opportunity to build systems, messaging, and playbooks that scale our market presence. • Own product positioning and messaging across GovWell’s product suite, developing clear value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to launch new products and features, building repeatable go-to-market plans including messaging, launch tiering, channel coordination.
• Lead customer and competitive research, including win/loss analysis and ongoing market intelligence, and feed insights back into positioning, messaging, and product strategy.

• Strong storyteller and writer who can translate technical products into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical buyers
• 2+ years in product marketing or a related role in B2B SaaS, with experience in positioning, messaging, or go-to-market execution
• Thinks in terms of pipeline impact and deal influence and familiar with modern GTM tooling
• Highly collaborative and comfortable partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to connect what gets built to how it is sold
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven, using research, win/loss insights, and market context to inform decisions
• Systems-oriented and execution-focused, able to build repeatable processes and bring structure to ambiguous environments
