Field Marketing Manager

Join Litify as a Field Marketing Manager, where you'll take ownership of our field programs from strategy and planning to execution and follow-up. You'll work closely with our Senior Field Marketing Manager and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of Marketing to put Litify in front of the right audiences. This role requires a highly organized individual with a track record of owning programs end to end, 3-5 years of field or event marketing experience, and a business-first mindset.

• Plan and execute Litify-hosted field events, trade shows, and industry conferences, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify target markets, drive attendance, and convert events into pipeline opportunities.
• Track and report on event performance, using data to shape future strategies and improve ROI.

• Highly organized, with excellent project management: you can juggle multiple events, budgets, and deadlines without dropping anything, and you know how to prioritize based on impact and timing
• A track record of owning programs end to end, not just executing someone else's plan
• 3–5 years of field or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift
• A business-first mindset: you start with the outcome, design the strategy and experience to deliver it, and always push for what moves the business forward
• Comfort working with Sales and senior stakeholders, and confidence in front of customers and executives
• Autonomous, driven, and collaborative: you see what needs to happen, take ownership, and bring people along
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and event or marketing automation tools (Splash a plus)
• Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or enterprise audiences
• A strong eye for brand and design – you know what makes an event feel premium and memorable
• Customer marketing or community experience
• Experience with executive-level events (GCs, managing partners, C-suite)
