People Operations Intern (Summer 2027)

This full-time, on-site internship in Mountain View, CA, offers a unique opportunity to learn People Operations fundamentals and make a real impact on the company's culture and operational foundation. You will have the chance to own a project from start to finish, collaborate with a dynamic team, and receive direct mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry.

• Provide operational support for broader People Ops initiatives, including team culture efforts.
• Assist in coordinating a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including managing welcome communications and schedule coordination.
• Help create, update, and maintain internal wikis, FAQs, and self-serve resources so employees can easily find answers on their own.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, or HR management software; quick to adapt to new tools and workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic, warm, and professional approach
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across administrative tasks and documentation
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with sound judgment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• This position requires access to export controlled information. • Previous internship or co-op experience, or active leadership involvement in campus organizations
• Previous experience or strong interest in high-growth technology or aerospace startups
• A track record of taking initiative on projects, driven by your own curiosity
• Naturally curious about AI tools and emerging technologies to work faster and more accurately
• A genuine passion for supporting team members and expanding your People Operations skillset
