UGC Creative Lead (Contractor)

Join Picsart as a UGC Creative Lead, where you'll shape the content created by thousands of creators across our partner agencies. In this role, you'll develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs, and test creative strategies to drive user engagement and conversion. You'll work directly with creators and editors, analyze content performance, and help launch new features and models. This is a full-time contractor position with a 12-month contract.

• Real use of AI creation tools. You've made things with them, not just read about them
• A portfolio, not a résumé: social accounts you've grown. Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them
• Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language. You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't
• Content you made yourself. Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work
• Creative testing. You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide
• Creator networks you've directed. How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it
• Great communication skills in English. Any other languages are a plus
• Comment-to-DM and link funnels. You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them
• Clear writing. A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read
