Financial Analyst

• Manage financial models related to the financial results of Ping’s sales activities, principally Bookings and Annual Recurring Revenue.
• Enhance weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting, including driving insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans.
• Collaborate with Information Systems to define requirements, improve reporting workflows, support testing and implementation, and promote reliable and scalable processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, investigate issues independently, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, sales finance, revenue operations, business analysis, or a related analytical role
• Strong communication and business-partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience translating business needs into reporting, process, or systems improvements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex models and analyses
• Experience working in a technology or SaaS company
• Experience partnering with Information Systems, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or similar teams on system and process enhancements
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Anaplan
