Global Community Specialist

Join Razer, a leading gaming hardware and software company, as a Global Community Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Razer's community through various content and engagement strategies. You will manage day-to-day communications on social media channels, moderate Razer's Discord and Reddit communities, create engaging content, coordinate with internal marketing teams, maintain relationships with influencers, and conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of social media. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR, along with 1+ years of experience in community management or social media marketing, is required.

• Gérer les communications quotidiennes sur les réseaux sociaux de Razer et de Team Razer pour accroître l'engagement et la taille de ces canaux.
• Créer du contenu engageant, opportun et pertinent sur plusieurs canaux de médias sociaux pour développer l'audience et augmenter l'engagement.
• Coordonner avec les équipes marketing/produit internes à l'échelle mondiale pour développer et exécuter une stratégie de médias sociaux et de communauté.

• Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR or equivalent work experience
• 1+ experience in community management or social media marketing
• Understanding of social media best practices, relevant industry trends, online marketing, and engagement techniques
• Experience in the use of social media management and analytical tools/software and editorial content calendaring
• Gamer and gaming knowledge is required
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
