Senior Software Engineer (Session Replay)

• Assumer la direction technique de bout en bout pour le projet Session Replay, en supervisant à la fois le frontend, le backend et les systèmes de données.
• Concevoir et diriger l'évolution de l'architecture backend, y compris la conception de systèmes autour du stockage de données en colonnes/analytique pour les données de session à grande échelle.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour construire des expériences cohérentes à travers les produits Grafana, et interagir directement avec les clients pour recueillir des retours.

• Experience with columnar/analytical databases
• Experience building debugging or developer-focused tools
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, etc.)
• Familiarity with privacy, security, and access control in data-heavy systems
• Experience working on performance-sensitive systems (large datasets, real-time queries, session data)
