Senior Strategic Finance Manager (Go-To-Market)

• Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to executives across GTM teams, building trusted relationships and providing insights that drive top-line growth.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems to redefine the capabilities of the strategic finance team.
• Own a significant portion of the long-range and annual planning processes, including the strategic plan that positions GTM to hit growth goals.

• You identify problems before they're handed to you, and you thrive when the answer isn't obvious
• Strong executive presence. You communicate with clarity and conviction at all levels
• Expert-level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks
• 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales. Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred. Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus
• You've built something with AI- a model, a workflow, an automated analysis. You're eager to do more of it. You see AI as a core part of how great finance teams will operate, not a novelty
• Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through financial analysis and strategic insight, not just reporting
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
• Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (ie. Omni), SQL
