Staff Accountant

Join our Accounting team as a Staff Accountant. In this detail-oriented role, you will support accounts payable, general ledger, close, and compliance activities. You will prepare and post journal entries, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, support the close process, and assist with fixed asset accounting. This position offers a strong growth path toward a Senior Accountant role.

• Prepare and post journal entries for non-revenue areas, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Own accounts payable end to end, assist with fixed asset accounting, and help maintain and improve internal controls and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring accounting processes, and partner cross-functionally with FP&A and other Accounting team members on ad hoc requests and analysis.

• Experience with international accounting and IFRS reporting standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who takes ownership and is eager to grow into a Senior Accountant role
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and strong Excel skills
• Experience with Tax Software (e.g., Avalara, Anrok)
• Experience with Expense Software (e.g., Navan, Expensify, Brex)
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or industry)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting
