• Contributing to meaningful projects and shipping code as part of the engineering team.
• Collaborating with a mentor and manager to spec a project that will best contribute to the team.
• Developing and shipping a project, verifying that it works in production, and presenting the work to the engineering organization.

• Frontend experience in WebApps/JavaScript/AngularJS/React
• Passion and dedication to changing consumer banking for the better
• API development/documentation
• Strong communication skills
• AWS or other PaaS frameworks
• Deployment and testing frameworks
• Experience with object oriented programming
• Experience with Python, C/C++ or Java
