Head of Onboarding & Enablement Programs

Join our team as the Head of Onboarding & Enablement Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our Enablement and GTM motion, setting the standard for excellence in the era of AI. You will build an AI-native enablement model, own the workflows that help the field execute, and create a repeatable system for onboarding and role readiness. You will also lead a small team, establish clear roadmaps and measurement metrics, and design and run global enablement programs.

• People leadership experience managing and developing a small team; sets high standards and builds a calm, high-ownership operating rhythm
• Strong program leadership and operating cadence: clear roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement that drives iteration (not just reporting)
• AI-fluent approach to enablement: using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution (and instrumenting adoption/impact)
• Experience building scalable enablement systems (resource governance, intake processes, comms rhythms) that sellers actually use
• Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end (especially onboarding), including live + async modalities across regions and time zones
