Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy (Direct-to-Consumer)

Join our team as the Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy, where you will own the brand strategy direction for major accounts or portfolios. You will serve as a trusted senior advisor to clients and the ultimate steward of brand outcomes. Your primary focus will be on account strategy, guiding teams through complexity, and partnering closely with clients to influence critical brand decisions that drive growth and differentiation. You will also mentor and develop VPs, Senior Directors, and Directors, building strong, confident account-level strategy leadership.

• Strong people leadership skills; able to lead, mentor, and develop senior strategists in high‑pressure environments
• Strong strategic thinker and storyteller with the ability to translate insight into decisive brand direction
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically (generally up to 20%)
• 12+ years of experience in brand strategy with deep experience leading complex client accounts
