Corporate Recruiter

Join Live Nation, the world's leading live entertainment company, as a Corporate Recruiter. In this role, you will own full-cycle searches across various corporate functions, including Finance & Accounting, Technology, Marketing, and Strategy. You will operate with speed and precision, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, and proactively identify and engage passive talent. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, strong closing and offer-negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across multiple corporate functions and levels.
• Build rigorous search strategies using competitive research, target-company identification, and direct sourcing.
• Proactively identify and engage passive, hard-to-reach and senior-level talent, and assess candidates critically.

• The right candidate is polished, credible, and highly professional, with the presence to engage senior leaders and executive-level candidates
• Experience working in a complex, high-performance organization and/or respected search firm
• Strong closing and offer-negotiation skills
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions and at senior and executive levels
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred
• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise, including passive-candidate research, talent mapping and competitive analysis
• Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and persistence in finding talent beyond obvious channels
• Exceptional organization, discretion, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; working knowledge of Workday and Gem or comparable platforms
• Strong talent judgment and the ability to distinguish strong credentials from true role fit
• Demonstrated ability to independently have urgency, and run complex searches from intake through close
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers without authority and push for clarity and maintain high hiring standards
• A polished, credible, and confident presence with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
• You are resourceful and persistent, and do not stop at the obvious candidate pool
• You want meaningful ownership and are comfortable being accountable for results
• You have a demonstrated track record of delivering strong recruiting outcomes in demanding environments
• You combine strong talent judgment with evidence, market knowledge, and disciplined assessment
• You’re confident in your recruiting skills and have a track record of recruiting success
