Staff QA Software Engineer

Join our team as a Staff QA Software Engineer, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our SaaS-based Quantum Security Posture Management platform. You will work closely with developers to catch defects early and build confidence in every release. Your tasks will include designing and executing test cases, performing various types of testing, validating network modeling, building and maintaining automated test suites, and participating in sprint planning and release readiness reviews. You should have 10+ years of experience in software QA/testing, strong attention to detail, foundational security knowledge, and working knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.

• Conception, rédaction et exécution de cas de test détaillés pour les fonctionnalités de la plateforme, y compris la découverte de réseau, la cartographie de topologie, l'analyse de politique/règle, le scoring de posture, l'alerte et le reporting.
• Construction et maintenance de suites de tests automatisées (niveau UI et API) pour augmenter la couverture de régression et réduire l'effort de test manuel.
• Participation à la planification des sprints, à l'affinage des histoires et aux revues de préparation à la publication, en fournissant une perspective qualité/risque.

• Experience with manual and automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman/Newman) and defect tracking tools (Jira, etc.)
• 10+ years of experience in software QA/testing, ideally for SaaS or enterprise infrastructure products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports
• Foundational security knowledge — firewall policies, segmentation, common vulnerabilities/misconfigurations
• Working knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking (VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols, ACLs, NAT, firewall logic)
• Comfortable testing REST APIs and validating JSON/data payloads
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash) for test automation
• Experience with virtual network labs (GNS3, EVE-NG) or cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test integration
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CCNA, or Security+
